At Codagami, who we are is just as important as what we do. We don’t hire people just to do a job; we hire people to be themselves. We broke down the walls – literally – to build an open-concept office and make our dedicated developers the centerpiece of our company. We treat every team member as part of the Codagami family. And we’re proud of their work and encourage each one to use their talents and expertise in new and creative ways.
In 1999, President/CEO Jeff Young left a company where developers were rewarded for “putting in their time” so he could create a place where employees would be inspired to seek out something better. The fledgling company (then known as Illini Computing) was soon earning its chops, successfully engineering and deploying the point-of-purchase systems used by one of the world’s largest franchise restaurants at locations around the world.
Today, Codagami is a thriving company with a family atmosphere and a like-minded team of strategists, developers, and visionaries aimed at giving customers a tailored product perfect for their company.
